Team Building/Leadership

There is no better setting for targeted, effective team building than in the Australian Bush. The beauty and isolation stimulates the mind and group dynamics work more cohesively without the distraction of urban life.

Ecotraining has training and accommodation facilities from camping to 5 star luxury bush lodges to conduct corporate team building 1 – 7 day programs.

Our programs can be run by our own training staff or import specific training courses for clients who wish to access our facilities and lodges. No matter which team building activity is run, Ecotraining has consistent thematic activities each day, utilising our intimate knowledge with the bush.

Our leadership programs focus on the same bush themes and we offer a safe development environment for in particular youth students. One of key competencies is 16 – 24 year old leadership and confidence building through trained facilitators.
